Sri Wawasan Catering has been established since 12 July 1997. It is located at TD 83, Aras 2, Pasar Moden Gombak, 53100, Kuala Lumpur. The main business of this company is catering and food serving. This company already operates almost  14 years  in this industry. Sri Wawasan Catering serves food around Kuala Lumpur and Gombak area. The owner of Sri Wawasan Catering is En. Husman Bin Ijap, 63 years old. 

Sri Wawasan Catering company has becomes family business where almost of the family members are involved whether directly or indirectly in this business. For them, with the involvement of family members in this business, it will makes the operations and management of this business becomes easier to handle rather than hiring other than their family members.

The vision of Sri Wawasan Catering is to satisfy its customers with providing  the good services and delicious food to its customer.  This company will make sure that they serves an “A“ grade to their customers. This company also gives “value for money” for each cent paid by customer to them. The company’s mission is to give satisfaction to its customer.

Sri Wawasan Catering is established with the working capital of RM 80 000. This company registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (MOF). It is lead by En. Husman Bin Ijap as a General Manager, En. Khairudin Bin Husman as an Administration Manager and Pn. Siti Khatijah Bt. Mohd Yusoff as an Operation Manager. There are about 80 staff hired by Sri Wawasan Catering which around 30-60 people in the operation unit including krew, and others in administative unit.

This business is doing well at this moment since it is already more than 14 years in this industry. Currently, this company are looking foward to be a wedding organizer. They want to try to get into wedding occasion industry. They are not only wants to provide catering but also wants to provide a complete package of wedding occasions such as wedding stage, wedding clothes, make-up and so on.  This industry is consider new to them and they still on try and test the market and of course they want to do the best for their customers.

Business Activities

Before opened his own catering company, En. Husman Bin Ijap worked at Syarikat Shah Catering, Kg Baru, 50300 Kuala Lumpur for 13 years, from 1980-1993. With the experience he gained, he decided to open his own catering business. 4 years after that, in 1997, Sri Wawasan Catering was officially established.

The main business activity of this company is catering where this business serves food for wedding, seminar, lunch, dinner, breakfast, tea-time, barbeque, many other occasions. Besides catering, this company also offers tent, chairs, table and other items for rental.

                           
Basically, this company offers traditional food or Malaysian food. For example, for wedding, this company offers many type of foods such as Nasi Minyak, Nasi Tomato, Nasi Beriani, Nasi Daging, Nasi Hujan Panas and Nasi Putih. For the menu, they serves Ayam Masak Kuzi, Daging Kicap Berempah, Pajeri Nenas, Dalca, Daging Rendang Tok, Daging Kurma with kentang, Kari Ayam and many more.

Besides, lunch meal, Sri Wawasan also serve foods based on order, for example mee, meehoon, kuehteow, many type of laksa, laksam, many type of poridge, soto, many type of sweet and spicy kuih muih and fruits.

                         
The price offers is not too expensive. It is depends on type of menu chosen. For example, starting rate for wedding menu is RM 14.50 per head to RM 16.00 per head and seminar menu for breakfast, lunch and tea-time is about RM 23.00 per head to RM 27.00 per head.

Besides catering, this company offers three wedding package which are wedding at hall package, wedding at home package and complete wedding package (for more than 1000 guests). In this packages, they offered full set of catering but the price is based on menu chosen,they are also offers wedding stage, make-up, red carpet, tent, waiter, cake, PA system and flower arrangment. For these wedding packages the price is from RM 15.50 to RM 20.00 per head.
